quick transfer of iTunes library to iPod Nano?

    If auto sync is enabled then she can follow my instructions after it's finished syncing. :)

    By which time it may have deleted stuff from the iPod that the OP really wanted to keep .....

    As long as it's still in iTunes on her computer then it should be fine. If not then I presume there is some third party software that she needs to use. I have heard of such but I've never had the need to use it.

    If Auto-Sync is not enabled but you have stuff on your iPod that isn't your computer then you can try the following...

    Right click on your iPod and select 'Transfer Purchases From.....'. This will transfer any music on your iPod that isn't on your laptop. I know this works with an iPhone and iPad but not sure about other devices.
