Help with blocked phone
I've got a feeling that this is a dumb question, but here goes ...
For one reason or another the SIM cards in our phones got swapped over, and before we realised it we had entered the wrong PIN number 3 times in one of them. Now, when I switch on the phone (an old Moto T1800) it says "Blocked". When I put the SIM card in the other phone (a Moto C115) it says "Sim PUK1" -- if I enter the PIN it asks for a new one twice, then says the code is wrong.
I'm not sure if it's the SIM PIN that we got wrong first time or the phone PIN (though I guess it's probably the SIM PIN). What do I do now? Please help!
Thanks in anticipation.

once youve enetered it in wrong 3 times for security it is blocked, the unblocking code will either be on your box/papaerwork you got with the phone or just available through the network
ring them and say you need the P.U.KYes Your Dukeiness
