I love DAB Radio simply because I can now get 5 live crystal clear so I can listen without straining my ears to hear what is being said above the whining, whistling and interference.

If 5 live had been put onto FM then I wouldnt be interested in DAB at all.

We've had our DAB Radio for over a year now and the sound quality is excellent, much better than our FM reception. We don't have to fiddle about with tuning it as we do with FM because it finds all the stations for us and we can select what we want to listen to from a list.

DAB may not be perfect but neither is FM or the outdated way in which you have to 'tune it in'.

Given the choice, I'd choose DAB.
