Voltage Issue on Dell replacement battery

I am trying to find a replacement battery for my Dell Inspiron 1750. The battery says it is type K450N and 10.8v, but all the replacements, which say they are compatible with the 1750, and K450N, are all 11.1v. Em, not being technically minded, is the voltage an issue? Is my laptop liable to blow up? On Dell's own website,…
