I've got one going through now.

Buyer buys - i provide tracking.

Buyer says not recieved 10 days later - i point out tracking says delivered.

She says family signed for it, but its now missing.

Then she says family have changed their mind - they didn't sign for it.

She bids on another of my items. I ask why - if she is still claiming the first wasn't delivered - she says i'm not saying that now.

Then, after i post the 2nd item - she asks for a refund for the 1st.

8/10 of her last feedback left for others claims none-receipt or wrong item received. So i predict a neg.

She now claims to have spoken to the courier and they have offered her a full refund - and told her i will give it her :o

Lets see what the loonys at ebay say about it all. Should be right up their street.

Yup, I'd definitely report that last one to eBay, but I wouldn't call them loonies if you want them to do anything about it.

  • Ooo well if only I'd waited, I have just this minute had a message from ebay:
Dear ****,s.gifCustomer Support has reviewed the case and made a final decision. s.gifWe've decided not to issue the buyer with a refund. You don't need to do anything else for this case. The hold on this PayPal transaction has been removed. This case is closed.

    Decision:
This case has been decided in your favour. The hold on this PayPal transaction has been removed.

    Comments:
We received tracking information from you, around the time the buyer opened the case, that shows the item was delivered to the buyer's address. You don't need to do anything else. This case won't be counted when we evaluate seller performance. Note: It may take up to 24 hours to update your Seller Dashboard.

I predict one angry ebayer. Is there anyway I can block her from messaging me?
  • Add her to your blocked bidder list, you should do this with all disputees, then at the bottom of the form it will allow you to select not to receive messages from people on your BBL. It should stop but may allow them through as she was a buyer. Just ignore them.

Tell me how it's possible for someone to file an INR after two months.

Thank you, I added her to my blocked bidder list but I didn't notice a messages option, will go have a look now.

To Macfly, I don't know, but when I just looked at something I bought back in mid July it still gives me the option to resolve a problem so I presume they still allow them so long after?

I've called them worse, and got away with it. I reach a point when i decide i'm closing my account - and don't care anymore.

Then, realising my anger at listening to the the same crap over and over again - they usually act.

Then peace is restored until the next time :D

Apparantely the buyer received a card to say the second item was behind the gate - and when they looked the first item was also there :D

Just have to wait and see if feedback is left.
