Yeap, pretty certain this is how i did it. Will point out that I'm sure they had to then POST a new card to me!!!!!

Sorry,
this doesn't help at all. The statement made was "Most banks said that Chip and Pin would wipe out all fraud".

I will make it easier and ask for 5 banks that said this instead of the 11 I asked for originally.
