plusnet and poor service

Been with them since I left my last ISP because they could not give me FTTCabinet service. I have to say that, after small teething problems due to a new Fibre cable through the village and new cabinets, the service is great. The installation and setup was smooth and they had to stand the cost of two problems which caused separate BT Openreach visits. A defective line and an underground cable broken, diod not impact upon my finances at all.
I liked the fact that I could pay for 12 month's calls in advance and save quite a bit. Only open to new customers I believe, but will threaten to move again if I don't get it next year! Now we have fibre in the village, changing ISP's will be a doddle. I hope ...
My download has gone from 1.5 to 2 Mbps, to a current 8.5 to 9 Mbps.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

That encouraged me to revisit the ts & cs because I'm a "new" customer and paid for a year's upfront line rental. "Threat" not required.:)
My bold.

Just to add I am also a very happy plusnet customer, the forum is a very useful backup to their telephone reporting.Been with them since I left my last ISP because they could not give me FTTCabinet service. Now to robisere, you must still be a long way from the new fibre cabinet because those speeds are quite poor for FTTC.0
