Thanks everyone-have already sent an email to Currys 'Customer Services'-yet to get any reply-thus I was trying to get someone higher up.

Seems the top brass at Currys/Dixons have removed any web e mail addresses from any of their web sites so us minions can't get thru to them-very cunning!:eek:

Will have to bash on with the old typewriter and the small claims court before the relatives see any money.:mad:
