Anyone got any email addresses for senior management in Currys to get them to resolve a problem with faulty goods!
They seem uncontactable-except for the usual cutomer service email address.
Hope you can help,

Have you tried the aftersales telephone number on your reciept. Sorry don't have it to hand.
I've got a problem with faulty goods, and the people on the telephone line have been really helpful. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Need to contact someone with a bit of clout-having the Curry's runaround at the moment over faulty electrical goods and local store manager being unhelpful.
Cheers,

Curry's are part of the DSG group, I think the CEO is:
John Clare
DSG Retail Limited,
Maylands Avenue,

Hollydays-good point-alas it was not me that bought from these charlatans-it was our very elderly relatives who they have now left high and dry!
We are fuming over their treatment and want someone at the top to sort it out!!
Scottish Sapper-appreciate your message-already sent a recorded delivery message to MD at that address-no joy.
Wanted an email address of top brass to send them a rocket as relatives have no email and are over a grand out of pocket!!These guys can really upset and browbeat older and more vulnerable people!!

No doubt as you I have trawled both the Curry's and DSG sites and can only come up with the 'normal' email addresses.
Maybe it will be worthwhile emailing the customer services at Curry's once more explaining your problem, (I would also check on the Royal Mail site and find out when the letter was delivered and who signed for it (download the online POD and insert it in the email)) and that you have already sent a Registered Letter and if you have not got a suitable reply with 7 days then you intend further action through the Small Calims Court under the Sale of Goods Act.0 -
