  • Same thing happened to me and I took them back and got a refund. I then bought them online cheaper and these ones haven't ripped...yet. If they are faulty or defective they legally have to give you a refund or exchange as they are not sold to you as being usable for the use for which they were intended. As long as you haven't gone iceskating in them, or fire walking, you should be ok.

    Out of interest where did you buy them from in the end? So annoying!

    I believe you missed the sarcasm in that post sherbert. I think pimento was trying to tell you they don't like Uggs, not that it matters one jot to your thread ;)

    Incidentally, I have 2 pairs of classic talls, one pair is about 5 years old now, the other 3. Both are as good as new with no stitching problems.
