Got the last 2 boxes in N*orwich today, found them by the Special K mint and choc bars - onviously another MSE shopper had changed their mind!

Same as Stress happened to me too ordered 2 boxes online only for them to be substituted with 1 x 500g of Tesco ones not the finest Oh well

I ordered 6 boxes of the cheese biscuits, 6 boxes of the Special K mint choc bars and a 5 multi-pack blackcurrant frootz with my online shop, shopping arrived this morning minus the cheese biscuits and special K bars and they didn't provide substitutions They substituted the 5 pack of blackcurrant frootz for 5 individual blkcurrant packs for the same price when it should have been 25 packs so I gave them back to the driver.
It seems strange as everything else I ordered was delivered or substituted correctly...it seems if items are on a good offer they won't substitute, I'm not very happy with Mr T :mad:
