Whenever I list an item which is collection only, I put collection from XXX only...and always, always, always get at least 3 questions "whereabouts are you? Can I collect?"

    too many comps..not enough time!

Had someone bid on a 6xl coat to message us saying something similar to "What does 6XL mean? I thought it was like XL." He then retracted his bid....

"I just bought item x from you, when I checked the item page you were out of stock so can you refund please?"

"it was out of stock after you purchased the last one"

I listed a Brownie uniform and was asked "do you think this will fit my daughter?". lol
  • Wow... Mine is mild by comparison.

I had a car stereo for sale with 3 or 4 days left to run.

Bids were already up to £100 and I get a message:

    "£50 BIN m8?"

I sold a display cabinet, all sizes given, "Will it fit under my stairs?" we decided that it would, then, "Could I put my stereo on it?"

i think they're posting in the motoring section......

I was thinking of getting a driving license and car. I have some questions.

    - What do I need to know?

    - How much does insurance, parking, petrol etc costs?

    - Any other costs or things I need to know?

    - Where can I find information on getting a driving license and car?

    - What website or places do I go to to obtain a driving license and car?

    - What are the main benefits?

    - I am also worried about getting into an accident. But if you pass your driving test, then does that mean your unlikely to have an accident?

    - How much should I spend on my first car if I got a driving license?

    - What car brand is the best for a new driver?

    - Does anyone drive to work? How much does petrol/diesel cost you?

    - Does it cost you anything to park?

I don't travel much, so I am not sure if I really need one.

    Thanks for any replies

I like your response to RobLondon1984, what a plank.
I'm assuming that 1984 is his year of birth, so not some 17 year old kid, someone old enough to have bred, several, times.

Even at 17 they would have some idea...

I thought of nothing else but driving after my 16th birthday and knew all the finer details, as did most of my peers.

I am somewhat scared to check out their other 90+ posts though.....
