Yes, its an Halifax cardcash account that I have had for years. Looking on the website now though, the accounts just seem aimed at 16 / 17 year olds and there is no chqbook.
I did also open a Santander basic account, and that too came with chqbook, although when I ran out, they wouldn't give me another as I wasn't paying enough into the account.0 -
