Help finding a car owner

This has probably been covered before so apologies but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction or assist.
Very briefly i live in a private complex of houses accessed by electric gates.
The houses each come with an allocated space as part of the buying price and a fob is issued to enter the car park.
For the last week there has been a car parked in my space that hasnt moved.
ive checked with the police and they have no interest in it as it isnt stolen and i have asked all the other residents but no one knows whose it is although someone has obviously let them in.
I have left a note on it but the note is still there. Its not an old car its a fairly new one so it hasnt been dumped.
Im trying to find out where i can get info on the registered owner. From what i understand i can get the info from the DVLA if im a motor trader or a car clamper of which i am neither. All i want to establish is whose car it is so i can tell them to move it.
The estate managers only help is they will write to all the residents to ask if they know whose it it so it can be moved. We have no parking management so that isnt an option.
I dont want to get embroiled in the whole advice on moving it myself as its not a road i want to go down.
Does anyone have any advice on where i can find out who it belongs to or any tips- if people would rather not do this on a public forum then you can PM me but any help is appreciated as its gotten to be really frustrating now that im paying for something others are abusing.
Cheers

Askmid.com If it's insured, you can get the address of the insurance holder by paying a small fee.
Other than that, I'd get some friends round and bounce the car out of your space.

Ue form V888, and tell them it's abandoned on your land

Place a printed a 4 sheet with the words
Abandoned vehicle police aware
7 day notice
write the date in marker... obviously pre-dated 4 or 5 days
watch it move on its ownHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Get a trolley jack and pull the thing on the road. No damage (and apart from the anti-tamper alarm going off), job done.0

Possible explanations......
Owner has gone on holiday with someone else in the housing complex (very likely).
Stolen car on false plates, thief is waiting to see if it's got a tracker fitted (it does happen).“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I think someone leaving their car whilst away is a good shout. Dead annoying.
I have tried a few avenues to get the owner details instantly so i can call on them but have draw a blank.
It looks like the only option is to write to the DVLA to get the details but you can guarantee as soon as i write the car will move and i will be out of pocket.

Have you tried Askmid ?0

i thought askmid could only tell you if a car was on the insurance database and not who the registered keeper was.0

If you pay £3 odd it will tell you the details of the person insured on the vehicle. Which 9 times out of 10 is the registered keeper.

Am i ok to proceed and get the details from there if i havent been involved in an accident- i dont wanna get myself in any bother.0
