Just make sure your password is reasonably long and has letters and numbers and preferably punctuation. Otherwise anyone who happens to pass your computer can copy the file when you've run off to the loo or something, and depending on how much your info is worth to them, can crack the file in a few hours or days. And you really need to use office 2010 or other recent products for this. Excel 2003 passwords can be easily cracked.0 -
Thanks the tips, but I don't always use the same computer to log in so usng a program to remember wouldn't be much help for me. I wouldn't mind if it was the username everyone had to have, but when my old one was much simpler and it wasn't my fault it needed to be changed I'm a little annoyed that I'm stuck with this now.0

No one has access to my computer accept me. I lock the computer when I am away and I have strong password, to login to the PC and on the Excel 2010 workbook.
The PC is protected by Bitdefender Total Security 2012, and any sensitive files like this one are locked away in it's vault.
I take security very seriously. :rotfl:0
