Wearing a bra in bed?

Just chatting to some friends and one of them said that she never takes her bra off she wears it in bed:eek: apparently she read a while ago that it keeps them in place, that boobs should never be allowed to go free and it helps with the back posture etc.

I googled a bit as seem to be fascinated by this as have never done it or heard of it (that is why mine are near my ankles:rotfl:) but there does not seem to other than bras come up, not go to bed in the bra ones.

She is only 27:rotfl::rotfl:
Never heard of it. Have you?

    I've always taken my bra off at night, and worn a supportive crop top etc in bed. My mum always encouraged me to do it as it let them "breathe" so to speak. Mines aren't the smallest so I enjoyed the freedom of taking them off :o

    Currently though if I don't have a bra on at night my boobs are leaking, yay! So I've taken to wearing maternity bras at night so I can wear pads.

    I can see maternity bras yes get that but wearing because you want to every single night a bra in bed because you read that it keeps them in place, how would you know anyway if you never take the bra off?:rotfl:

    Would be uncomfortable in my opinion. The feeling of taking your bra off after a long day is one of great joy for me! :D

    I take my bra off as soon as I get in from work, DH is fascinated how I get it off so easily without taking my clothes off. I need to let them breath. I only have just over a handful though. But boy is it a relief..
  • I only wear a bra in bed when my wife is away.
    One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

    I take mine off whenever I can, it just feels so much more comfortable.
    Would never wear one to bed, don't think I would be able to sleep!

    She NEVER takes it off??Does she wear it in the bath too?? :p

    No seriously being a lady with umm ample up top it's not particularly comfy without a bra but I do swap a bra for a crop top at night.Only wear a bra all the time when first pregnant and majorly sore or breastfeeding tbh.
