    I'd recommend doing a search on venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and reasonable prices too (which you also don't have to pay in advance)

    I think it's a good idea to check out this website even if you find hotels cheaper elsewhere, as the descriptions and maps are generally better than other sites in my opinion.

  • We stayed at the Charles Stewart Guesthouse when we went to Dublin... it's off O' Connell Street, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre if I remember correctly! Was clean, comfortable and friendly - and above all cheap - from about £40 a night (per room). It'll be our first port of call for rooms next time we go to Dublin!

    Thats where im staying.. 89 Euro.. as its a sat and theres a football game on.. still reasonable tho!..x
