I have made a number of posts recently in the finance section of this web site on the subject of IHT.

I have heard that some solicitors are writing wills free during the month of November and that the only charge is a small donation to charity. I don't know if it is to any particular charity.

One persons "small" is another person's arm and a leg.
I have an idea that the suggested donation to charity is £65.

No wonder I am Pale.

Sorry P-R, I've just been to the Will Aid site and seen the suggested donation of £65.

Not my idea of 'small' either!

Normal (?) price in my neck of the woods is, £140 plus Gordons holiday money (VAT) for a single will.
