    Bass lesson.

    Very little else. :D

  • Euronorris - this is for you :D
    1 onion, diced
    450g/1 lb carrots, sliced
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1.2 litres/2 pints veg stock
large bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped (i use about 1 tsp of dried coriander leaf instead)
    salt & pepper to taste

    1. fry the onion & carrot in a little oil to soften (3-4 minutes)
    2. add veg stock & ground coriander & bring to boil. Simmer until veg tender.
    3. whizz with a hand blender until smooth. add fresh coriander, 7 season to taste.

I picked some blackberries, but don't have enough as I ran out of time :( At one point I thought I was going to have to call the fire brigade to untangle me from a bramble bush!! i will have to send DH & DS out to get more (DH can reach higher than me :o)

I don't know what to do for dinner tonight, as my meal plan just didn't happen this week & I don't know what I fancy/can be bothered to do.

I am going to tackle the Student Finance form now. Wish me luck!!
