Apart from £17 at vets for puppy injection, NSD

Putting puppy on cheaper food as recommended as she's not eating the expensive stuff!
Clearing out some charity shop clutter, saving other people money.
Sending some clothes over for my nephew will save my sister some £, maybe I should have put them on eBay to be MSE for me, but she needs them.
Sending some baby items to a friend of DP who is expecting, same reasons they need the stuff more than I need the few £ from eBay
I think today is more about me helping others in MSE ways than is about me helping myself, but still counts. One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Listed my first item on Ebay
(Bit worried though as my Paypal account has gone AWOL ) No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

Should be another NSD today - raided the cupboards to find something for lunch as had run out of bread for sandwiches and didn't want to buy any until tomorrow's food shopping. One loaf can so easily lead to other things.....
Been reading the "things you thought would never sell" thread and made a note of some ideas - plan to have a sort out this weekend in preparation for the next cheap listings day on Ebay.
Pigsback and Rpoints clicks and comps as usualProud to be dealing with my debts0 -

Incidentally, does anyone know where a scavenger might pick up a free (or very very cheap) pedometer these days? Im walking to work when i can and it would give me a boost.
You could try https://www.freecycle.com. I'm sure lots of people will have one lying around.OD Girls On TourBarcelona 2008 - Dublin 20090 -

You've not got a box of All Bran lurking have you Lynz?
On the site link, it asks for a code.
On the DFW side of things, today I think I have managed to fix a machine at work without having to call out the man that can. :rotfl:

I've placed a few lay bets on today - okay, so I have to deposit some money, but I'll get it back as cashback soon (thanks quidco!)
I've done my first piggy bank deposit at the post office. I've been putting all my change in there, and will empty & bank it every 6-8 weeks. I banked £30 today after just six weeks of saving :j
I also updated my 2007 outgoing spreadsheet, so it now shows:
DDs and SOs for each month
"free money" from cashback sites, my piggy bank, eBay/Amazon, lay betting and mileage expenses (my company pays mileage at 40p/mile on my night-school course)
The "free money" gets added up separately and goes into my savings account to pay for car tax, car insurance and possibly a cheap holiday in summer. I reckon I can get at least £50 a month! :j£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months
Finally debt free!0 -
