Not sure if it still applies, but certain Disney videos used to be worth stupid money. I recall song of the south could go for up to £100 because of how disney released their movies.

Right- Re-worded my business listings, changed price structure (mine were the lowest), Better photos etc and still NO SALES (just pesky watchers). I might contact other seller's buyers who have paid ridiculous prices for the same items and do some research as to why when there are cheaper options.0

How can you contact other seller's buyers, their identities are anonymous ?
Even if you could, I don't think it would be long before someone reported you to Ebay.You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

You can't now as they are private.
But when you could - i would contact someone who paid say £50 for an item i had at £29 BUY IT NOW - and say "why did you pay over the odds for that when mines so cheap".
Replay was usually "OMG - i didn't see yours". I just loved making them feel bad lol
Ebay as never been the same for me since the 40% over start price buy it now rule. I constantly get asked why theres no buy it now - and i say cos Ebay force me to make it so dear - it wont sell. And i am not lowering the start - been caught out too many times.0 -
Why would someone report you for contacting buyers ? In fact you can easily contact them. Go to seller's sales (in feedback) look at buyers ID and hey presto !0

I would strongly object to being 'market researched' in this way.
