Looking for a dual sim mobile

Hi All,
I'm trying to find out where to buy a dual sim phone. All the high street retailers that I've tried so far tell me that they're not available in the UK!!! I've had a look online, and I've found some, but they're new companies and I'd rather go with an established brand. Ideally, I'd like to be able to go to a real shop and pick it up and have a look before buying.
What I'm looking for is a dual sim phone with Wifi and a decent internet user interface, Android or possibly Windows mobile (not a big fan of windows generally.
Does anyone have any tips or reccommendations?
Thanks.

EDIT: I missed that wifi was required as well. The choice is much smaller then:

Hi there
it's me I am Quad Sim poster !!!
i just bought this mobile, I have a BT work sim in slot one and a Vodafone PAYG sim in slot 2, both are "live" together and work perfectly for calls, internet, bluetooth, txts and MMS. The 8 meg camera is great too. It has TV but I haven't tried that feature yet. For £29.00 it's great value. It was advertised as "T Mobile" but was fully unlocked.
The only faff was having to key in the MMS settings manually.

I have a Samsung B5722, which you can buy sim-free from several places. It works really well, there is a button on the side to switch between which sim you want to dial out on. Its a touchscreen phone, with physical buttons for camera, volume, call start and call end. The only problem with its is one of the sim slots is quad band and can do data upto edge speed (not 3g), the other sim is limit to dual band (limited to gprs).
