AFAIK it makes no difference. If you have a PAYG and a contract you can ask them to transfer.

i'm wondering about a deal on HotukDeals for HTC Chacha free handset for £7 a month for 2 years with Virgin but it's only 50 minutes talk time. Is this ridiculously low? it's for my daughter who at the moment is on the £7.50 a month T-mobile sim only deal in which she gets 500 minutes and i can renew on the same deal but she really wants this chacha phone as she's constantly on Facebook

Well, this depends. Obviously it is low for your daughter.
However, 24*£7=£168 that is less than a price of a sim-free or PAYG phone.
• £42. cashback on topcashback.

Which credit reference agencies records does O2 search?

For consumer tariffs, O2 uses a company called Equifax ... If you wish to know which company we have used in respect of your application for service, please contact us.

What if I am declined service?

If you believe our automated credit assessment of you is incorrect, let us know and we will review your eligibility. Contact Credit Risk Management, O2, Arlington Business Centre, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, LS11 0NE or creditfilereferrals@o2.com. You will need to obtain a copy of your credit file from the relevant credit reference agency and send it with a covering letter to the above address. You will be contacted in writing with the final decision.
• I think it's Equifax.
• thank you both

turns out my current and previous address dont exist on their system...

so the person i called raised a dispute...send an email through their website too....my address before that was fine not that it helped...

cant believe it, loads of flats in my building are not on their system and we are not a new build!!

im on the electoral register, n im hoping this is why i got rejected, i get loads of letters for the previous tenants saying they owe £4500 and its been passed onto another agency, i keep writing back saying they dont live here....(sorry gone way OTT)
• Hi all,

The Dialaphone Sensation deal sounds great, I'm very very tempted.

But I know the iPhone 5 is coming out (probably) in the next few weeks, as is the Sensation XE (small upgrade to the Sensation), so I'm wondering if I should wait and see if the price goes down once they are out...?!!
