Hi, I was looking at getting a new mobile contract via TCB (which i am very new to) and just wondered what was meant by the following statement on the TCB Merchant page :
"NOTE: If you purchase through this merchant, cashback payouts can not be made by Pay Pal."
Is this how the cashback is normally paid out to you? How would I get the cashback back if this is not an option?
Also, can anyone recommend a new (not-too-pricey) wi-fi enabled phone? - seen sony neo / arc / samsung galaxy s (1st one) but not sure if any are any good as reviews vary. Someone said the neo is being recalled but cannot find any info on this?
Any thoughts?

You can provide Topcashback with your sort code and bank account number and they transfer funds straight to your bank account, so no need to use Paypal.
If you join T-Mobile, bear in mind that they charge you for calling your voicemail or LycaMobile phones (does not come from your allowance) and the internet is reportedly slow unless you pay extra.
The Galaxy Ace looks a decent not-too-pricey phone. You can get it for £12-a-month on a 24-month contract with Talkmobile. 200 mins, 200 texts and 1GB internet. £35.35 Topcashback: www.topcashback.co.uk/talkmobile/
Alternatively you could get a Galaxy Ace on TalkMobile through mobiles.co.uk for £30-a-month on a 12-month contract. 400 mins, 1000 texts, 1GB data. You can claim £270 cash back + £30.30 Topcashback: www.topcashback.co.uk/mobilespayg-and-accessories/0 -
