Have you looked into their CMS packages? It's the easiest to use that I have come across as well.
I also know that if you contact them then you do actually get to speak/have contact with a "real person" who actually knows their stuff and what they are talking about rather than automated systems or just being referred to a FAQ which doesn't hold the answer to your question anyway... or is it just me who hates that?
All they offer are CMS packages!
For the amount they are charging they should be including alot more.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0 -

That's actually a very low price for a company. I'd probably look at just how 'bespoke' the design actually is.0 -
For a good CMS, Wordpress is about the best that you can get and it is FREE.
Wordpress is the mutts knutts - it might be worth finding a developer who would be reasonably priced and getting them to modify a free template or building one from scratch.
There is no way I would pay for a CMS when the best one on the market is free.0 -
You are generally not paying for the CMS itself but are paying for the developers expertise to set it up, add relevant patches/ plugins to improve speed, SEO, security etc some of which will also be free some of which may be proprietary etc0

Wordpress is free; experience isn't.
Free templates are very rarely any good but you can get a template for ~$35 over at Theme Forest which is next to nothing.
If you have no Wordpress experience and want a site setting up, don't be surprised to pay over £20 per hour.0 -
