Virgin Media billing

I was wondering if someone could help me. I am posting on behalf of my mum. She's had Virgin Media for a few years and while she hasn't got a problem with the service/TV she has a problem with their Billing system.

All the bills are in my dad's name. He died over 3 years ago, but Virgin refuse/say they can't put the bills into her name. This causes major problems whenever she has to call them about something as they always say they can't talk to her as she is not named on the bills. She has written to them and even sent a copy of the death certificate, but still they won't change it.

Does anyone have the contact details/email address for someone very high up in the company that may be able to help? Its causing quite alot of distress to my mum.
