Trogged 50 miles down to mum's local shop.
Chap from their Know How dept. was courteous and really helpful.
He went through all the hoops I had already suffered.
In the end he located it, fixed, in the stock/store room.Unfortunately it was boxed under the wrong name:doh:
Anyway we got it back and it works.
