Faulty handset on contract mobile!!
I am in a 24-month contract with vodafone, with a blackberry torch handet. The handset kept losing all signal until it was turned off and on again, so I took it instore, where they updated the software. This failed, so they sent it off to be repaired, which also made no difference, so they eventually agreed to replace it. The new handset was fine for a few months, but now has the same issue! Do I have any legal rights, as surely this is not fot for purpose and has happened on multiple handsets!!!
