You have been given sound advice. Imagine how you will feel if you gave into the scammers and later realised you had totally wasted your money. Think how you could have put the money to good use. Now think how good it will feel when you know that you have not allowed yourself to be conned and stood up to the scammers. We have all been there before, intitally shocked and then a little nervous. Then we got very, very angry and thats why many of us are on here sticking it to the scammers. Oh, and we did not end up in court. Relax.

NCP are a classic court dodger because of their size. The last thing they need is the publicity of losing a court case. It would appear in the nationals.

In the highly unlikely event of court action, you defence is that the charge constitutes an unlawful penalty, no cases have ever been won by ANY ppc where this defence has been used, the reason, because it is an unlawful penalty and arbitrary fine and they are illegal in this country.
