Cancelling Contract Before Term Due To Problems With Network?

Hi guys, I could really use some help with the following matter!

I've been a loyal Orange customer for 4 years and upgraded in January to the HTC Desire HD.

I've been having a tonne of problems with the network since this upgrade such as; loss of signal for long periods, 3G access being denied, orange safeguard switching on and off, not able to make or receive calls to certain numbers for extended periods (which recently cost me a job!), calls cutting out for no apparent reason and also not receiving texts till days after they've been sent and the same when I send texts.

Also when I upgraded I was told I would receive unlimited internet when it's in fact capped and 30 free picture messages which I don't have either.

I'm really upset about all of this and want to cancel my contract as I don't feel they're providing the service I'm paying for. Is it possible to cancel a contract for these reasons?

Any advice would be much appreciated! :D

    I will keep it simple.

You can not cancel and if you try to without agreement, you will have your credit record trashed.

Any advice you may get here will have been given a myriad of times before and if you would like to see a good cross section of identical threads, then just search the forum while waiting for others to respond directly to you.

What phone did you have before and do you have the same problems if you use it now?

"Unlimited' internet is a well known con approved by the spineless watchdog, ASA.
Picture messages? You should have questioned this in Jan- Feb and asked them for the recording of the telephone call.
