Hi, Typically how long does 25kg of Salt last? lets assume a 2 adult 2 children household....

Also which is better granules or tablets

How long is a piece of string ?

Not being funny, but that is a similar question !

It depends on:-
How hard your water is
How much water you use
What level of softness/frequency of regeneration you select (if this is adjustable on your machine)

No difference between granular and tablets. Tablets usually cost more, but are easier to handle/pour into the machine. (Tablets aren't much use on your path in icy weather either !!! Granular is great - much better than the pink road salt)

No probs - thought that may be the case.... I just wondered about buying a 50kg as opposed to bulk buying,...
