October half term?? I wouldn't risk it and pay the extra.
BUT - caravans have a central fire in them anyway and you could always take your own fan heater to heat the bedrooms. So its your judgement call as to whether or not you can manage the coldness!

They soon warm the caravan up. Beware of tripping the power supply though!0
