a total useless mobile user
My wife has done the unthinkable and washed my very basic mobile phone which i inherited off her!!!--what now i ask myself!!
İ am particularly pathetic with technology but i see the benefits my daughter gets from her up to date mobile and i ask myself can an old dog be taught new tricks??!!--what would be the phone to go for in my case?-i rarely use a phone for calls but would like to use like a computer--i live abroad and apart from my wife needing to contact me i have no fone use for a mobile!

So your clean phone no longer works? They can be dried out and may or may not work. Anyway, if you aren't going to use it much then just get a super cheap PAYG phone. The smarter they are the less time they last on battery. My basic LG GB102 lasts a week and my LG KS360 lasts 2 days. My friends have smart phones that barely last the day.:footie:
