cheapest mobile to mobile ??

I am looking for the best deal for 4 mobiles that will call each other on a regular daily basis (for business). I think 500 mins a month will be fine but not sure where to start looking for the best deals, is there a "friends and family" discount that will work out cheaper than getting say a 3 mobile contract on each phone??

Try Vodafone family http://online.vodafone.co.uk/dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=template10&pageID=PPP_0037 , you pay an extra £5 a month and you can nominate upto 3 other people and have free calls within that group (of 4) upto 60 minutes at a time. Once 60 minutes are up just disconnect and dial again.

that 500mins each? is that to call to each other or to call other people and calling each other is extra?
