I used ATT for 2 years, but I hate their service!
recently my line was broken, and I called them hundreds of time, each time I have to wait 1 hour to be connected to the right person, and they have sent over their technician 3 times, still the problem is not solved. I really wonder whether those guys know what they are doing.
It has been 1 month now, the line is still broken!! I cannot stand this anymore, ATT is the worst company I have ever used!
Does anyone know a good DSL provider?
