OK, so I was feeling a bit guilty that I keep posting pics of my two naughty spotty kittens, and I haven't posted any of my 3 beloved adults, so here they are in their favourite sleeping poses
:
So here's Friday, not really showing off a lady-like pose :rotfl:
And then, our beautiful Harry (B&W) giving Robbie (ginger) a cuddle when he was younger:
And finally, Robbie showing that it is not only Friday who is the best at good poses :0 -
These pictures are brilliant. Is there a thread anywhere just for us to post pictures of our babies?0

Me likey this thread! Love seeing all your cat (and dog) piccies! They're gorgeous and made me chuckle.
Thanks for the info on sharing photos - thought I would give it a go to show you my two: Murphy (black and white boy) and Flo (black girl).
Thanks, Mama Cat - your two are beautiful! The first shot of Murphy looks spookily like my beautiful Misty cat!You lot seem to be determined to remind me of her today, but I don't mind in the slightest

I still maintain I was tricked by Cats Protection when I got Murphy from them.I would have loved another black one, as people tend not to like this colour for some reason, possibly superstition, but I always thought a black cat was lucky?
Anyway, they said they didn't have an all black cat, but did have a good looking black and white kitten. So I trogged along to see this little furball all bundled up, shivering from nervousness, legs tucked under and chin to the floor, so his white belly and legs were hidden and only his black back/head/tail were showing - making up look like a mainly black cat. Well, only the most cold hearted could have walked away - I was definitely smitten with the kitten!
Of course, it was only when I got him home and four days later he bravely appeared out from under the sofa that I realised he was actually mainly white and black, not black and white. Not a good thing when most of my wardrobe is black  ! CP certainly made sure Murphy found a good home under false pretences.
But I'm only kidding, I wouldn't change him for the world. A bar of chocolate perhaps, but not the world...:wave:A highly active brain needs feeding often0 -
We got our Misty from Cats Protection too, along with a tabby cat called Charlie. They were my first two cats as an adult, and we got them shortly after buying our first house. Charlie was a lovely character, but unfortunately went to the Rainbow Bridge aged only 14, I think he had a heart attack as he was fine one minute and in the kitchen, an hour later when I went in there, he was dead on the floor
Misty had been found dumped in a bag in the canal as a six month old kitten. Her brothers and sisters were with her too, but she was the only one to survive
But I am convinced she had a good life for the next 17 years of her life, and she is now playing with her friend Charlie at the BridgeRIP to both of them x

It's always so sad when we lose our cats. But when you've got such good memories, it's comforting to know they have had a happy life x:wave:A highly active brain needs feeding often0

your cats are adorable friday cat and such unusual markings.
our cats sleep around the end of the bed, although gareth has a tendancy to try and curl up next to your face and prod at the pillow.
chloe tends to want to curl up next to you on the sofa and sleep so as to get the extra warmth.0 -
