Finding geographic numbers for GPs

Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I thought that GPs' surgeries were required to revert to using geographic numbers by the beginning of this year...? I've moved to Sheffield, and I need to see a doctor ASAP, but all the local surgeries are still 0845 and, as I'm on benefits and only have a mobile, I can't afford to call non-geographics. As I thought none are listed over at Say No To 0870 (I've registered over at their forum, but am waiting for my registration to be approved).

I'm in a B&B in S6, so do not have access to the walk-in centre (though the last time I used it, I was kept waiting 8 hours, because the receptionist couldn't get my name right - and I'd written it in block caps on the form!)

Short of walking to each one (which I'm really not in a fit state to do - and I have no sense of direction, so I'd get lost and end up getting panicky!) what can I do...? Already asked the owner here if I can use the guesthouse phone and got a very curt "No!"

Any other way of finding out the proper number...?

Cheers folks!
