Hi,
I need some help, I ordered a pair of louboutin shoes from this website, louboutinshoesuk . com for £160.00. They took £7.92 and £268.49 out of my account. I have contacted them via email with no reply.
I paid on my credit card so can i get my money back using the provisions of Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974? Please advise what I can do?
thanks in advance

Def' contact credit card people.
Louboutin only has one official online shop and it only trades to USA and Canada.
If you are looking for real Louboutins then authentic sellers are:
pamjenkins
harperbelfast
theoutnet
netaporter
brownsfashion
mytheresa
luisaviaroma
matchesfashion
There are a few others but anything with Louboutin in the name in it is a scam other than official site.0 -

If I had that sort of money to spend I would go to :
23 Motcomb Street, London - 020 7245 6510
where there is a pukka Louboutin shop or Harvey Nicks who have an outlet ................
But of course, they are so much cheaper off the web :cool:0 -
If your shopping offline the Official boutiques in Motcomb and Mount street in London are def' the places to go.
Harvey Nicks apparently have a good selection I've never seen.
Selfridges has a mini boutique in London & they also stock in the other Selfridge stores. I find Harrods has a silly little selection.
If your looking for authentic Louboutin then I'm afraid that they aren't any cheaper online unless they are in the sale, on ebay or theoutnet which is netaporters designer outlet.0 -

That was already posted once and removed by the mods as it breaches the rulse of the forums.
If it did breach the rules of the forum, then no-one would be able to post CEO email address, or telephone numbers or head office addresses. Seeing that the information is freely available on the internet, then it shouldnt be censored...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

I posted a company director's name and address but it's gone, why?

Which is fair dos. But how do you know these details are 'personal' - they could be business details."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

Well in that case, there are a LOT of posts that slip through the net...fluffnutter wrote: »Which is fair dos. But how do you know these details are 'personal' - they could be business details.
I've tried to speak to huang xiaoming to confirm they were his business details, but it appears the details he provided are fake, go figure...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
