E-on vs EDF

Unless EDF is a lot cheaper than other suppliers I would avoid them. I recently transferred and I would agree that their customer services are very poor. They have messed up the bill, their website does not accept meter readings. I have never been able to contact them via telephone I didn't realise the wait time was 15 minutes, I usually give up after 10! If I'm lucky they respond to an email in a minimum of 10 days! I never previously had any of these problems when I've transferred with both British Gas and N Power.
