They can legally take upto 28 days to refund from the day you cancelled. Wait until 28 days have passed then more advise will follow i'm sure.

Look up their contact details on their website, and either phone them, or write to their address asking for a refund.

Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

You could ask your bank if they'll consider doing a chargeback. Is it a Visa debit card?

Well in your original post four days ago, you told us...

How did 'two weeks' become 'over 6 weeks' in just four days?

Did you follow the advice given by Pinkshoes?
I.e. send a letter or phone them.

The OFT's Guide to the Distance Selling Regulations tell us that they have 30 days to refund your money...
When do I have to refund a consumer’s money if they cancel an order?
3.46 As soon as possible after the consumer cancels, and in any case within 30 days at the latest. You must refund the consumer’s money even if you have not yet collected the goods or had them returned to you by the consumer.

The police are unlikely to even humour your claim. It's a civil matter and not a criminal -- so unfortunately op it's unlikely to help at all.

Sorry it was over 6 weeks since i purchased the item, 2 weeks since they said they would refund.
Their is no contact number to call on the website www.prohormones.co.uk in fact no real address to write to neither!
