    Did you follow the advice given by Pinkshoes?
    I.e. send a letter or phone them.

    The OFT's Guide to the Distance Selling Regulations tell us that they have 30 days to refund your money...

    The OP stated
    they would refund me about two weeks ago
    i assume the 6 weeks will be when the purchase and payment was originally made.

    but the OP does not understand a refund can be made upto 28 days AFTER they cancelled or requested a refund and NOT 28 days after the purchase.
