Hi,
Recently I subscribed to the mobile phone forum when my contract was up for renewal - but now I can't seem to unsubscribe ?
This is the forum:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=14
But when I actually go to the thread and click forum tools, I only get given the option to 'subscribe' when I should be offered the 'unsubscribe' (I subscribe to 4 forums so am familiar with the process)
At the bottom of the last email I received from this forum is this message:
Unsubscription information:
To unsubscribe from this forum, please visit this page:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/subscription.html?do=usub&f=14
I visited this page and the forum isn;t listed as one of my subscriptions ?
Any suggestions pls ?
Chris
