PPI claiming with no info

Hi
I have recently received a offer from First Direct for ppi on loans which I think I am quite happy with.
They have also been checking my Credit Cards and have quoted one which I took out with them in 1993. I have no recall of this card and whether or not I actually used it, (I now have another card with them which I do use) amd they claim they are unable to find statements relating to it but have offered me £100 compensation.
Sadly I don't have any statements myself, is there anything I can do please?
Ask them how they found this and what info do they have that has made them offer you £100.0
