Business Lines???

How easy is it to get a business line, ie what proof do you need that you are a business to get a business deal. And does it have any consequences ie, does the taxman come knocking?

with orange retail at least i think they need:
for a sole trader - a proof of address (bank statement or utility bill with the trading name) and a proof of signature
limited compant - business proof of address + signature, certificate of limitation, purchase order on company headed paper, personal proof of address and signature
