Just seen this offer, as pointed out by a friend.
8Mb broadband - starting from £20 per month
free desktop PC and 19” LG LCD monitor (apparently worth over £500).
Is there a catch, because this offer seems too good to be true? Also has anyone used this ISP, because this is the first I have heard of them? Only problem is the "fair usage policy".
