Unable to get my Web Site working - Help !!

Steve1980 is right, its probably a good idea to check your ISPs T&Cs to make sure they allow you host a site from your PC.
I do have a 'website' running through port 80 on my home network, but its just the Windows Home Server web interface and the only traffic is from myself/family. As far as I know with my ISP (Virgin Media) they don't mind basic web services for personal use running through a residential connection but require you to have a business connection if the traffic starts to get excessive.
edit:
To give an example of how cheap hosting is, I use tsohost:
http://www.tsohost.co.uk/linux_webhosting.php
or if you want a windows based server

That's why I pay the extra few £ a month and get a office grade connection with a static IP I can then host a temporary website or games server as well as having remote access to my files (My own personal cloud) ^_^Laters
