New Bathroom Fitted - Noise from Taps Very Loud

I've recently had our bathroom replaced with a suite from victoria Plumb.
The issue I have now is the noise from the taps, when they are operated they are very loud. I can hear the taps being operated when I am downstairs (bathroom upstairs).
We have a unvented (?) system ? We have very high water pressure.
Any ideas to slow the pressure down? Anybody else had problems with new taps from Victoria Plumb?

On the pipe leading to the taps will be a valve, try turning it to almost off and see if it makes a difference, you may need a flat bladed screwdriver.0

Just tried that, not made a difference really.
They are mixer taps, does that make a difference?0 -
We have very high water pressure.
Throttling back the isolating valve(s) won't make any difference. In the limit that tap will stop being noisy but the iso vvs will then scream like a banshee.

I had the pressure reducing value replaced about a year ago.
It is an Alibion 3 bar. Is this the source of the problem?
