As I understand it, if you purchase something using your own money or cc and then claim the cost back from a company you can collect any vouchers or points you like as it is a private purchase which you are eventually refunded for.

If you purchase using company funds then technically any gain you personally make from that would be treated as a "benefit in kind" for tax purposes as technically, the company has give you something which you would not otherwise have had (clubcard points or whatever)

I worked for a large multinational and we were advised not to collect airline points if the flights were booked corporately or using the comapny cc as they could be seen as a benefit in kind and taxed accordingly. This only seemed to apply if you used the points to get a free flight for yourself or something else such as a gift from the catalouge, using the lounge or getting upgraded did not seem to be an issue as you personally had not benefited, the company had benefited by having you fly Business Class (never quite understood that mind....)

If you booked your flights on your own cc and reclaimed the costs then this did not apply. This was however a good few years ago and these things change all the time

Same applied for hotel points and car rental points - getting an upgrade was fine but getting a free hotel room or car hire for your own use was a benefit in kind.

Not 100% sure if this would apply to quidco points (or if the IR would even be interested!) but worth covering yourself.

I would always ask about things like this first, not worth risking your job if they don't think it's ok.
