As I recall you put me on ignore because I readily discredited your salient points and you found yourself on the losing side of a extended argument.

Wouldn't you know it, it involved discussions of average prices in Scotland.

Your dillusional reflection on debates / discussions as similarly described above is why there is very little point in attempting futire discussions / debates.

Whilst you moved away, there are many people who stayed and indeed moved to the area and are now in a !!!!!! load of debt...

    Fixed for you!

    On the contrary,
I know many people who have bought that would have paid out far more in rent for the same properties.

Indeed, I am in process of pulling finance together to potentially purchase another property in the area because the rental market is so strong.

To clarify on the debt part of your assumption, with this third BTL property aquisition, my total debt will still be less than many properties in th South East.

I would imagine that people who move to Aberdeen, presumably to earn a shedload of money in the oil industry, are probably not that indebted.

Funny. As I recall you seemed to think it was well worth 30 pages of effort. Until you lost the argument. Then it wasn't worth it. :)

    No.

You getting banned for trolling was funny.

You trying to troll politely so as not to get banned again is just delaying the inevitable. :)

Except I wasn't banned for trolling.
