to cash or not to cash????????

Hey folks i'm in the fortunate?? position that e2save has paid me 2 cheques for the same period, my automatic 2 month cheque. now should i cash it, inform them about it?????
my next cashback is due to be sent at the end of this month and i'm tempted to cash it as a back up should they get arsey about my next cashback. given that a few folk are have probs with them at the moment.
and if i do cash it and they want it back i'll be sure to ask them to send a request first and then process it some 28/45( whatever length they work at) days later.
in saying that i don't want too hard on them as they have always( so far ) paid me my cashback.
how about that for the weekly moral dilemma, i think that there would be a landslide on the cash it side.
what do you think?

  • they'll notice by the end of ur contract,. unless u only got 1 month left, u might get away with it. but they check the pay outs at the end of the contract,. then they send a nice letter telling you about the extra payout,. the extra cash back may not even go thru,. as they may of already noticed

thats the drill ,..u can see if that happens or not ,. thats up to you,.

plus my mate aint been paid for 2 contracts for 4 months and they keep on saying they aint got the bills,.

    I'd cash it , it's their mistake / loss.

With it being a cheque it's not like they can take it back out of your bank account once they notice (as they dont know which account it was paid into).

Cash it and see if they notice later on.

P.S. I'm still waiting to see if I will be charged for a phone I bought last year, it's coming up to being 12 months and they still haven't charged me.

    Keep sshtum.

    Hi

Same thing happend to me last year, I phoned them up to tell them and I was told to keep the cheque and not to send in next claim, so that is what I did.

of course they couldnt take it out of anyones bankaccount,. but they can send letters asking for the money back then the suit knocking on ur door,. after all if the gov/ paid u extra,. they always ask for the money back and do get the money back sooner or later,.

all said and done,. thats if the find out

i agree, it's not my money and the have the right to ask for it back but i'm still going to stick it in the bank. if they ask for it back they can get it some 28 days after the request( in true e2save fashion)
  • lol a request in writing then u can say u never got it,. so they have to send again this time recorded but some how u never got that either,. im sure u string them on for 2 months and then tell them you need a photocopy of the cheque,.
    :)
